Joyce Ashley is a retired teacher/school counselor who felt led by God to pursue a ministry that would spread a double portion of His joy into the lives of others. JoyJoy Ministries reaches out to women of all ages who are seeking peace and joy. An expansion of her ministry is a daily radio program called "JOY JUICE". The program was so well received that God touched Joyce’s heart to put some of the devotional messages into book form…thus Joy Juice, the book was birthed.
Married for 37 years to her high school sweetheart, mother of three and grandmother of three +, Joyce has a passion for helping women to become all that God created them to be. Her speaking and teaching ministry emphasizes the importance of a personal relationship with Christ and trusting Him regardless of daily circumstances. Only then can we become the joyful Christian that can “rejoice in the Lord always”.
Joyce and her husband, Patrick, live in Wray, Georgia and are active members of Eastside Baptist Church of Douglas, GA. She praises God for this season of life and the opportunities for ministry He has given her.

I am finding a wealth of information in Joyce Ashley's book "Joy Juice: Delightful Flavors of JOY in the Lord" that is helpful to me in my everyday walk with the Lord. Life can throw some real curves at you and learning how to keep our Joy in the midst of these tribulations strengthens our walk with the Lord and allows us to be much better testimonies and witnesses to others.To learn the difference between "happiness" and "joy" is so important and this book does an excellent job at handling that!

It is a joy to get up everyday and read this book. I actually had the pleasure of meeting the author. I had no idea who she was but she just had this infectious nature about her. I felt connected without knowing why. It wasn't until weeks later that I learned about her ministry and her books. I can't wait to finish this one and get the next one. I am hooked on Joy Juice now.
Such an amazing book from a JOY
Full lady. This book has inspired to over and over. This is a nightstand book, leave it by the bed so you can read a few pages each night. And after I was done, I read some more. I have the book on and the paper back book. Love the books almost as much as I love Ms Joyce herself.
"Delightful Flavors of Joy" is a compilation of short devotions and prayers that often is just enough to redirect my heart and be reminded of God's promises in a way that is relevant and applicable to my life. I love the humor and the intentional common thread of knowing "true joy", which is different from "being happy", that is expressed throughout the pages of this book. The "Joy" of The Lord is my strength and this book has been a blessing to me! 0)

This is a wonderful book just bubbling over with a daily dose of joy everywhere you look. The author writes in a way that delights the heart and makes it so easy to understand that there is opportunity in every circumstance to find the joy of the Lord in your life. What a blessing it is to read and re-read this book.
